New Year... New Plans!
I will be finishing up my current job in March when the snow melts… I am starting to search for a full time print design job and willing to relocate. I am also looking for an opportunity to go to Haiti to volunteer in March. So far I have found a few places that are offering opportunities to do something to help out it Haiti.

Got a ton of stuff going on at work… Finalizing all the sales materials for an e-mail campaign next week and then getting ready for a meeting with another design/printer who is working on the brochure.
I want to apologize for the lack of posting lately. I’ve been really busy trying to find a job and a car that I have rarely been online long enough to get much done. I found a part-time job so I will start posting again :-) Stay tuned!
Working on my new book “Type Walk” and it is going pretty good so far. Took some preliminary site photos last week and going back out Thursday and Friday to shoot some more. Layout begins this weekend. Very exciting process.

The Launch (Test Run)
The new website has been launched… So far we’ve found a few issues that popped up in Safari and one in Firefox. Hopefully we can straighten it all out soon. The site will be up and down for a few days. Be patient. It will be back soon :-)
The re-launch of the website and new blog is so close. Just a few more tweaks of the portfolio section of my website and a few more touch ups and we should be reading to go. Cannot wait for it to go live.
Protest Through Design
Protests and dissent is a part of who we are and a huge part of what keeps our democratic system alive, stable and healthy. Speaking out is key in shaping our future. Each debate we have molds a stronger foundation for us to build on in the future. As designers, I feel it is our duty to make a contribution and give back to our communities through design. I focus on design that advocates awareness...

TOMS Shoes / Do-Gooder Award
The idea for TOMS was inspired by Blake’s trip to Argentina in 2006 when he acted on a simple idea that has had a significant impact. Many children in the areas surrounding Buenos Aires had cuts and infections in their feet, had to walk miles for food or to school, and had limited access to shoes. Blake set out to reinvent the traditional Argentine alpargata for the U.S. market, and made a...

Hydrate H20
Working on a new project for Hydrate H20…
There are hundreds of types of water out there that are flooding the market with their promises to energize, push you and make you succeed. But are there any out there that promise to simply Hydrate you? Well now there is. Hydrate is 100% water, 100% of the time. No fancy tag lines, flavors or fuzzy forest animals and lizards to promote what we do.

New website coming soon!
I’ve had some ups and downs with my website designs in the past being hard to update regualrly and them not working on certain browsers and computers… To fix that I had a friend help me with the design that is now all HTML and CSS and was tested on both Mac and PC systems.
The site is almost done. Still finishing up a few sections and getting all the bugs out.
